Abstract

Maritime policy at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries. an aktorom international relations leading States, especially Germany, England, Russia, France, Italy, Turkey, USA and Japan. This period of history was designated the «new marinizma» era, when the race of sea arms in anchor controversy in Europe, which led the world in 1914 to the first world war.
